In Georgia's 12th District...
Lee Anderson (R) is challenging the incumbent John Barrow (D) for a seat in Congress. Anderson has had some trouble funding (source: macon.com) and has only reported 174,000 dollar in cash, whereas Barrow is raking in over one million. The key issue in this race, according to 41nbc.com, is gun rights. Anderson is attacking Barrow's more liberal view- and this strikes home with many southern constituents. Overall, however, everyone in the 12th district seems to agree that the mud-slinging in this race has been much too intense.
